RelationScience
RelationScience is hosted by Dr. Thomas and Hannah Luttrell. From the time they first met at Andrews University in 2003, their friendship blossomed into love, and now they work together to help educate and facilitate conversations about healthy relationships.
Thomas has a PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy from Loma Linda University and is a Marriage & Family Therapist Intern (IMF 92871) supervised by Dr. Ian Chand, LMFT (MFC21263) of CARE Counselors. He frequently works with issues related to dating, couples, sex, infidelity, addiction, divorce, and leadership.
Hannah has a Masters in Communications Management and serves as Vice President of Corporate Communications and as a television host for a non-profit television network based in Southern California.
An experiential relationship workshop series like no other
Are you tired of empty relationships that don’t go anywhere? Do you want to take your relationships to the next level of intimacy and connection? Your past, fears, or your self-worth can be holding you back from having the best relationships that you deserve.
If you feel like you don’t just need more advice because you’ve heard it all before, we offer you an experiential challenge that will stretch, exercise and push you to be the best that you can be!
Whether you choose the Christian track or regular track, this fun, interactive workshop series draws on research to help you learn the science of relationships by mastering our five levels:
-
Loving Yourself and Understanding Your Value
-
Assessing Your Relationships and Threats to Your Value
-
Allowing Contact with Others, or Protecting Your Value
-
Restoring and Asserting Your Value
-
Loving and Affirming the Value of Others
Through experiential activities, therapeutic discussions, online assessments and practical skills training with your peers, you'll learn the "secrets" to reveal your confidence, tune into your self, read others, handle stressful relationship situations, make healthy choices, communicate interest, and be a leader in your relationships.
